Babbu

Italian designer Cristina Onofri started by launching a cute accessory line in 2005. When this was a huge hit she decided to extend the collection.

She had always been passionate about clothing especially anything from the 1970’s and 80’s and so the progression seemed natural. Her collections are all handmade pieces with meticulous attention to detail and old-fashioned skill you rarely see these days.

Her new collection is entitled ‘At my Grandmother’s’ and includes little Red Riding Hood coat cardigans, mini Pierrot jumper dresses and large collars with pompoms. We love the striking simplicity and fresh approach of Babbu’s designs.
