This season’s Fred Perry black mac from the Laurel collection, has just arrived at Fifi Wilson. This mac makes the unpredictable British weather a lot more pleasant! The Laurel collection is the classic arm of iconic Fred Perry which is responsible for bringing back a less sporty, more sophisticated London style. The best of heritage with a modern look. We particularly love the quirky tartan lining, pockets and reversible belt. It also has little black, patent elbow patches and collar trim. It’s double breasted, which means it’s extremely flattering giving a nice clean silhouette.

For those that are more classic you can’t beat wearing it with a cinched in waist, black opaques, ballet flats or boots. For those that like it a little more kooky, it’s a dream to play with. Wear it with coloured tights, little brogues and one of your brightest red lipsticks. You may not stop the rain, but you’ll definitely stop traffic!

London is Fifi Wilson’s home town and we love it! We are stocking as many British labels as we can! One of our favourites is Gabby Harris. Gabby’s clothes are timeless classics which you shall be taking out of your wardrobe for many years to come. Gabby only produces one collection of cashmere a year and we have a handful of pieces left.

Trained at Central Saint Martins, Gabby’s first collection was a t-shirt label whose fans included Madonna, Britney Spears, Laura Bailey, Jenifer Lopez, Kelly Brook, Lisa Snowdon and Gwen Stefani.The collection quickly evolved to include a full ready to wear collection which graced the cover of Vogue and the Sunday Times Style. After a couple of years break, Gabby returned to London Fashion Week and launched her Gabby Harris AW08 cashmere line, perfect for city living. The Gabby Harris AW09 collection features black cashmere dresses with cream cashmere bows and hand knitted corsages. We can’t wait! They are designed to look amazing while at the same time keep you snug and chic for winter …. and summers spent in the UK!
