Missoni Maxi DressHot is the weather and hot you will look in one of our sizzling Fifi tops or dresses. We have one to fit all of your needs. Anyone visiting Ibiza in the near future ought to have a serious think about investing in a M Missoni maxi dress. Not only do they exude cool, but they will set off a tan like a flame to oil.

Right, so bright and breezy ain’t your thang? Maybe Carole Fakiel’s cream and white blouses could be just the ticket to sunny style. Simple and understated, these beauties ooze French sophistication with formidable quality. Due to the loose fit and fine cotton, you will literally feel as if you’re walking around topless.

For picnics and fun in the park, you could go all Alice in Wonderland in Manoush’s robe romantic panther dress. Can you think of anything more glamorous for tea and scones in the park!

For all you romantics how about Sula’s pastel smock style tops which we have in store. Slick on some mint green or pale blue nail varnish to complete this season’s Summer look.

Whatever you settle on, we can guarantee it will do it’s best, as shall we, to keep you feeling cool and looking hot!

Short & Sweet

shortAs all our stylish sisters know, hemlines are high this season. Thigh-skimming numbers are in. Day or night, smart or casual.

Check out our Stretsis stripey numbers for a sleek silhouette. The high waisted skirt looks great dressed down with a simple vest and converse. Why not sling a Maison Scotch black blazer over the black and cream dress to add a relaxed feel to the form-fitting one piece.

Sonia Rykiel’s strappy shift dresses are so chic and sophisticated. Choose between pink, black and oatmeal. The gold detailing would be beautifully enhanced with a metallic clutch and heels. For a smart complete look, take a peep at the matching coats , jackets and short sleeved shifts.

Kill two trends with one dress in the fun, flirty Manoush which encorporates  ‘Sailor-Chic’ and ‘Short and Sweet’.

Let’s celebrate this glorious sunshine in style and raise our hemlines as well as our spirits!

Wedding Wonder

Sonia Rykiel Gold and Blossom DressHands up who’s got a wedding to go to this year? Thought so. Rather than get your knickers in a twist worrying about fulfilling the perfect wedding outfit expectations, get out your laptop, sit back and relax.

This should be an occasion where you’re delighted to have a wonderful excuse to shop around and find a fantastic dress, not just for the special day but one you can wear again and again. We think you should be aiming to purchase something special and suited to the occasion, yet also something wearable, a great long term addition to your wardrobe.

So take a look through our SS10 stock on our website to see if you fall in love at first sight. We have fun, flirty, cool, quirky and refuse to buy into the stuffy, dull wedding garb. This is not a time to rush around stressed and impatient worrying, about what is right or wrong. It’s a time to get excited about a fab outfit and a fun occasion! If you love it, it feels great and isn’t white, it’s right!

We’d point you in the direction of Sonia Rykeil, Manoush, Missoni and See by Chloe. Or of course if you pop into any of our stores we will help you find the perfect little number for your style, shape and budget.

Think of it like this. Why don’t you aim to purchase a dress that you love to bits and has the potential to last even longer than the newlyweds vows.

Mum BlogIt’s almost here people. That lovely Sunday when you spoil your mother to show your appreciation for firstly, the painful child labour.

2. The toddler tantrums.

3. Refusing to wear anything she dressed you in.

4. Teenage tantrums.

5. Refusing to eat meat/dying your hair pink/being a moody little bitch/bringing home the most unsuitable boy possible. (Delete as applicable)

6. Not calling when you say you will….Of course the list is endless, but what really matters is that your mum knows how much you adore her and what better way to express your sentiments than with a luxurious gift that she wouldn’t dare purchase for herself for fear of being self indulgent.

We have an array of wonderful gifts perfect for putting a smile on her face. Why not treat her to some glamourous disco ball earrings with matching necklace Or our gorgeous magnetic bracelets are guaranteed to go down a storm! But, if you really want to go all out and totally spoil her rotten, how about a pink Toywatch? And if pink isn’t her colour, pop into one of our stores to see the full colour range. Whatever, you buy her I’m sure she’ll love it, after all you are still her little Cherub!

aliceI don’t know about you, but here we have all been desperate to see the new Alice in Wonderland movie and it hits the big screen today, SO exciting! We can’t wait to delve into this wonderful fantasy world filling us with nostalgia. If you haven’t already seen the trailer, check it out now http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjMkNrX60mA.

Makes you want an ‘Alice’ dress to wear for afternoon tea and cakes in the park doesn’t it?  And now we have all this beautiful sunny weather why not organize a lovely little gathering on your local green spot, bring your best china cups and nip to M&S for some cupcakes and cucumber sandwiches.  Now, while we can’t promise you a lead role in a Tim Burton movie, we can provide you with costume which is every bit as delicious. For example, pop into one of the boutiques to lay your eyes on our pink, silk Manoush dress – it’s a fairytale! Perfect for a tea party with any Mad Hatter.

Or how about our fast-selling Vivetta white collared Pierrot dress with the circle cut outs, great for a spring picnic. Or the See by Chloe cream collared beauty? Or then there’s Dress Gallery’s Carlotta, a cute 50’s looking pale blue cutie. All of these are sweeter than the cream cakes. Pop a bow in your hair, lay down a rug and start pouring.

A date with us is one you really can’t be late for, we’re selling out of pieces so quickly this season. Tick tock tick tock….

LFWAh, Fashion Week has returned to the coolest capital once again. We take pleasure in supporting edgy, British designers and always have a fab selection of London labels gracing our rails. Check out Bella Freud, YMC and Elizabeth Lau. All doing it for the Brits in their own individual way.

Bella Freud creates gorgeous, quirky jerseys that just ooze effortless cool. Kate Moss is a fan, so if you want the ’London Look’, these beauties will do the job way better than any nail varnish. Soz Kate.

Unaffected by seasonal trends, you can’t go wrong with YMC who create intelligent clothing that’s both functional and modern.

Elizabeth Lau provides us with fun, happy clothes. Perfect for a little ‘Pick-me-up’ or ‘End-of-week-treat’!

So jump on the bandwagon and back the Brits. Your country needs you! (Tell me that’s not the best shopping excuse you’ve ever come across!)
