Online Delivery and Returns
All credit cards transactions are processed by Secure Trading. We except: Maestro, American Express/Amex, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. Paypal can also be used for online transactions.
FIFI WILSON uses Royal Mail Special Delivery for its online deliveries within the UK. If your order is received before 3pm your package should arrive the following day. For orders within the UK the charge is £7. All packages will require a signature. Please specify if you want us to deliver to your office or business address.
For goods to be shipped outside Royal Mail signed for service. The goods shall arrive between 1 – 5 days. All packages will require a signature. Additional charges may apply for very bulky orders.

Goods shall be despatched after payment has cleared and both your billing and delivery address are verified and confirmed.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND SHIPPING
Orders outside the UK may incur additional import duties & custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress & are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS POLICY
Customers should request by telephone 0207 240 2121 0r via email, to return items within 7 days of receipt after which a returns number will be issued.
Items should then be returned with completed paperwork within 14 days of receipt of item to the address below using recorded delivery via Royal Mail or your own preferred courier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore suggest using a signed for service as proof of receipt. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We are happy to do an exchange or credit note if you wish to take the item and completed returns paperwork to our Covent Garden shop at the address below.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition with all tags still attached. If not returned in such condition Fifi Wilson hold the right to refuse return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

FIFI WILSON will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty garments, and will not accept returns for items that have had the labels removed or have been worn.
We shall check all items thoroughly prior to sending every order. FIFI WILSON will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as at time of release and footwear and hosiery will only be accepted back if returned in its original undamaged packaging. FIFI WILSON will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s), further to the normal quality checks. The refund includes the full value of the items returned, including UK sales taxes, but excluding shipping costs.
