Right next to the adorable Fifi Wilson store in Covent Garden’s Seven Dials, Monmouth Street sits the girlie, pink and uber cute Candy Cakes store for cupcakes, coffees and shakes!
The Legally Blonde Poster in the window and promotional cards for two tickets for just £50 really says it all: OMIGOD! This is my new favourite cafe in London! (My absolute obsession with Legally Blonde the musical is a whole different story, realy. Fact is: I love Elle and pink stuff and little dogs and cupcakes!)
The sweets and cupcakes scream Elle Woods, draped in pink shades and decorated with pretty flowers and hearts! Though the cafe is tiny, rosey and cute interior designs and low poofs and tables establish the perfect feel! Where ever you look, you’re blinded by lovely shades of green and pink and purple and cupcakes that look like they could have been drawn for a Disney movie!
The Chanel, D&G, Dior and LV Cupcakes are the perfect treat for fashionistas on the go, and super sweet as a little pressie to bring along to a girls night in! (They simply CRY for a sleepover party!)
With offers that include buying four candy cakes and getting a cupcake or coffee for free, it’s no wonder I see literally every second person on the street sporting a fabulously pink and green Candy Cakes to-go bag!
How about making an afternoon of it, and shopping some gorgeous sale items up to 70% off at Fifi Wilson, and then heating up with a hot chocolate and marshmallows and a little treat at Candy Cakes?
Seven Dials Shopping Evening & Betty Magazine Launch Party!

For all of you, who missed Fifi Wilson’s shopping evening at the Covent Garden store last Thursday, here is a little re-cap!
As part of the Seven Dials Christmas Shopping Evening, Fifi Wilson offered a fabulous 20% off the new collection and some delish mince pies and sparkling prosecco! As if the evening wasn’t already glam enough, the lovely Betty Magazine celebrated their launch party at Fifi Wilson that evening too! Definitely an occasion to clink those glasses!
Even though she couldn’t be there in person to celebrate with us, one of our favorite designers, Elizabeth Lau, was there in spirit! Every customer that evening had the chance to win an adorable Lizzie Face Elizabeth Lau jumper! Hooray!
Although the evening was cold and very wet, I was so surprised when turning the corner into Monmouth Street, and delightedly seeing that the Seven Dials streets were decorated with pink sparkling lights and Christmas trees, reminding me of a Christmas Market I once went to in Nuernberg, Germany! (So beautiful!) There was even a random Santa Clause stood right out side Fifi Wilson wishing passers by a Merry Christmas! Awww!
Singing along to “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” and munching on mince pies, I definitely feel December has begun well! Here’s to hoping the Holiday Season will be jolly! Can you believe Christmas is just around the corner?? Where did the Summer go so fast? (At least thats what I keep thinking!)
Congratulations to Betty Magazine on their launch, the biggest Thank You ever to Elizabeth Lau for being her wonderful self
, and to everyone who helped make the event the success it was!
We look forward to seeing you in either our Fifi Wilson Chelsea or Covent Garden or beloved Edinburgh store soon! Bring on the Christmas shopping!

We are pretty damn blessed when it comes to the locations of our stores. Each shop is within walking distance of the most wonderful independent shops offering exquisite quality in their chosen trade. So don’t just stop at us, if you’re lucky enough to have the time to spare, once you’ve done your shopping, loved and left us, why not check out our sweetest stops for a quick refreshment. Here are a couple you simply must try at least once in your life.
Love Bakery is a beautiful cupcake shop round the corner from us in Chelsea on Kings Road. They create the most beautiful cakes that we have ever come across. They will cater to your needs and provide the most amazing creations you’ve ever tasted. Perfect for a luxury lunchtime treat or little gift to a special someone.
We are also pretty spoilt for choice around Covent Garden. Candy Cakes provide us with gigantic, brightly coloured cakes that fix our mid morning hunger pangs. Then there’s Monmouth Coffee just up the road, one of the oldest coffee houses in London. Nowhere will offer you more choice for your caffeine fix and we promise you won’t come across a better coffee anywhere else.
To be continued…so stay tuned folks!
Winter Fix

Brrrr…what a chilly Monday morning! If you are anywhere near Central London today, you simply have to drop by Monmouth Street. That street has every remedy for Monday blues.
Here’s the plan:
1. Swing by Monmouth Coffee to grab the creamiest coffee in London and a couple of their truffles (Heaven on earth).
2. Walk further down the road and pop into Candy Cakes for a beginning of the week treat.
3. Now take about 5 steps right and you should be in the doorway of our lovely Covent Garden store. For your third little treat today, take your pick from our new Odd Molly delivery.
Odd Molly is one of our most popular brands and we constantly have phone calls and drop-ins of women desperate to get their hands on key pieces from the collections. Choose between pretty tops, knitted dresses, thick cardigans, Can-Can skirts and great winter coats. There’s a hue to suit everyone; dark greens, dusky pinks, deep purple, navy, cream, grey…the list is endless. The contrast stitching, silk ribbon ties and original styles and patterns are irresistible. No matter what you pick from this collection we can guarantee it will make you feel happy and you will treasure it for a long time. That’s why everyone keeps coming back for more, it’s as addictive as the Monmouth caffeine fix and Candy Cake sugar rush!

Fifi Wilson; is a little bit of heaven for me. I love everything I buy! Paradise on earth x
