Odd Molly Goes For A Song

We are virtually giving away one of our most popular labels.  The phenomenon that is Odd Molly has been a hit for us since we started selling it six years ago.  Helena Christensen, Odd Molly’s favourite model here on the left, came into our Covent Garden shop a couple of weeks ago and gave all our other labels the thumbs up too saying she loved everything we had. This label has a fan base that seems to expand daily in every country.  We package items up to send to all corners of the globe in countries that I’ve never even heard of before.  I say ‘I’ as I think other members of the Fifi team have a far greater knowledge of geography than myself.

Anywyay, as you know we are inclined to give our lovely customers a treat at this time of year and we are starting with an obscene 70% off Odd Molly Summer stock.  There’s not a lot left but if you’re quick you may get an amazing bargain that shall either continue to feed your Swedish label habit or open up a whole new laid back Scandinavian you!

We’re Going Down!

Here we go! The new stock is starting to pile in and so now is the time for us to make room and sell our remaining sale stock for a song. You had better move darned quickly though, as everything now has a massive 70% off!

Lots of our great Fifi Wilson Sale buys transcend the seasons so you can pick up something this month that you will also be able to wear when the clocks go back. The Odd Molly Bunt Lovely Knit jacket is the perfect weight for our British weather whatever the month. It’s such a popular style that Odd Molly repeat it each and every season with only the smallest detail or colour change. The Manoush Veste Officer Girl jacket in sky blue or navy is another great jacket that will look perfect teamed with jeans come the Autumn. With a little nod to the one off items we have left, we are amazed that there is still one By Malene Parnasse blazer left in our shops. This is just too good a buy to miss and if I were a size 38 I for one would have snapped it up some time ago!

Get Ready To Rock The Fifi Sale Girls

One of the sayings that was drummed into me as a little girl, was treat others like you would like to be treated and I try very hard to carry that ethos into our shops. Nothing infuriates me quite so much as people not being straight and deliberately misleading others. One of the worst crimes has to be the retail ‘Up to…’ conspiracy.

We’ve all rushed along to one of our favourite shops at sale time with ‘Up to whatever off’ stickers plastered over the windows only to enter and find a couple of tired pieces marked at the maximum reduction and the rest with a pathetic, miserable discount. So……  when it comes to Fifi Wilson, we do not mess about. Our sale is renowned as we go straight in at 50% off all clothes. With last season being our first ever online sale, nothing prepared us for how many sales would flood through and I got quite upset that stock was disappearing before our boutique customers could get into the shops. They’re damn speedy those online shoppers and nothing lasts very long, so you do have to be quick. Still all’s fair in love and shopping. We have top designer labels such as Manoush, See by Chloe, Odd Molly, Stretsis, Nice Things, APC Madras including so many others. I am limbering up me lil’ wrapping fingers for June 15th as I type ……

A Proper SALE

If you’re familiar with us then you’ll know that we buy pieces that last the course! We buy clothes that you can wear year in, year out and some tops, cardis and jackets that even transcend seasons. Everybody that works in our shops will tell you that the one comment we hear repeatedly is that the item the customer bought from us is a favourite and never off her back. This is very satisfying as it means we are doing our job properly. Fashion has to move and evolve but we’re careful about suiting the customer rather than the latest trend.

So, when it comes to the Fifi Wilson sale after Christmas our clothes disappear faster than the pine needles. We treat customers the way we like to be treated and we find nothing more exasperating than those awful ‘Up to’ sale signs. You walk into the shop with the promise of up to 50% off to find it full of much lower discounts. So, we don’t mess around we give something back to our great customers and reduce what stock we have left of Disaya, Odd Molly, Manoush, Gabby Harris, By Malene, Sonia by Sonia Rykiel, Bella Freud amongst many by a straight 50%. Be warned though, word has spread and we have many items that there are only one or two pieces left in all the shops!

If you want to pick up some of our great buys Chelsea and Covent Garden boutiques are open on Boxing Day 10-6pm and all boutiques are open on New Years Eve 12-4pm. Otherwise, we are of course open all hours online. Please allow for a slight delay in delivery times over the festive period.

Okay, we agree. We’ve spent a fortune and not yet finished with the presents. Got places to go, people to see but the Winter wardrobe could do with some added sparkle.
