I don’t know about you, but here we have all been desperate to see the new Alice in Wonderland movie and it hits the big screen today, SO exciting! Makes you want an ‘Alice’ dress to wear for afternoon tea and cakes in the park doesn’t it? And now we have all this beautiful sunny weather why not organize a lovely little gathering on your local green spot, bring your best china cups and nip to M&S for some cupcakes and cucumber sandwiches. Now, while we can’t promise you a lead role in a Tim Burton movie, we can provide you with costume which is every bit as delicious. For example, pop into one of the boutiques to lay your eyes on our pink, silk Manoush dress – it’s a fairytale! Perfect for a tea party with any Mad Hatter.
Or how about our fast-selling Vivetta white collared Pierrot dress with the circle cut outs, great for a spring picnic. Or the See by Chloe cream collared beauty? Or then there’s Dress Gallery’s Carlotta, a cute 50’s looking pale blue cutie. All of these are sweeter than the cream cakes. Pop a bow in your hair, lay down a rug and start pouring.

As I’m sure lots of you already know, we are always on the lookout for new and exciting designers. Alongside our well known designers we like to be able to offer customers something fresh that they are not going to find elsewhere.
One of these new such designers is Vivetta (She trained under Roberto Cavalli) who makes unique, bold style decisions when creating her eye catching pieces. It is this sort of confidence and individuality that speaks to us when it comes to dressing. We are the only people in the UK to stock Vivetta and like our customers, her following is strong, independent women who like to think outside the box and dress for how they feel, rather than be dictated to.
The best endorsement that we ever receive is our customers approval and selling out last season said it all. It has been great that the press have become as smitten with Vivetta recently and Peaches Geldof has become such a fan that this month she met up with the designer in London to shoot the A/W10 cmapaign. Peaches then hot footed it back to NY looking super cute wearing Vivetta to the shows.
But keep your eyes peeled as we have plenty of exciting new designers arriving this season and next. We promise you will not be disappointed!
Pussycoat, Pussycoat I Love You!

Fifi Wilson is on an endless quest to find new and exciting designers that can offer you something different. So we thought we’d give you a little taster of what’s coming next season.
We have quite a few new labels arriving and we found this quirky Italian label Vivi in Paris. I have to admit I’m more of a dog person myself, but even I had to admit this double breasted little Pussycoat is very desirable! It comes in powder pink or baby blue and has little cat faces for pockets. Not being the tallest in town, this car coat length is my personal favourite as it doesn’t swamp you and looks great with trousers or stockings! The collection should be arriving in our boutiques very soon. There are little navy velvet dresses with red piping, silk shirts with oversized peter pan frill collars and stripey knitted dresses. In this cosy winter coat you’ll feel like the cat that got the cream and look the cat’s whiskers!
